1. Garlic
Garlic helps in fighting against the inflammation. It is full of a chemical called allicin which kills harmful bacteria and viruses in the body. Hence it is proven to be good for skin as it reduces inflammation in acnes.
2. Nuts
Nuts should be eaten for good and healthy skin. This is because nuts are rich in minerals such as zinc and selenium, vitamin E, copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium and iron. Deficiency of zinc and selenium can cause acne.
3. Green tea
Green tea is said to be helpful in curing acne. It detoxifies the skin from within and helps in reducing inflammation. Not just drinking, applying cooled tea bags or a cloth dipped in cooled green tea to acne-prone areas of your face for 10-15 minutes can cure acne.
4. Fennel

5. Fish
Known to be a very good source of omega-3 and 6-fatty acids, fish is excellent for an acne prone skin. These acids reduce inflammation in the skin. Sardine and salmon are very good for skin.
