Netizens across the world have been gripped by the Kiki challenge fever. ‘In my Fellings’ is the song by Drake which has been buzzing across the internet because of its catchy and peppy beats. The Kiki challenge has been trending across the internet and people are going mad over this song. However, this trend is not at all sensible because people are risking their lives and it can surely turn into a deadly trend with people jumping out of vehicle and lip syncing the song for just few minutes of fame on social media.
The law enforcement agencies are concerned about this problem as the challenge is getting popular in India. Jaipur Police has come forward to warn millennials about the fatal trend and how it can turn into a deadly trend. On Monday, Jaipur Police cam e up with a sensible and thoughtful social media post.
Jaipur Police shared a post on Facebook of a man with a garland on his photo suggesting his death the post warned, “Don’t challenge death. Be wise – keep away from silly stunts & advise your friends as well to stay safe.” The image accompanying the post read, “In loving memory of KK — Loving boyfriend of Kiki, died while doing the Shiggy.”
The post soon got viral on the internet and people came up with questioning the Jaipur Police about the identity of the victim. However, the post was representative and it was spread across the internet to warn and get attention of the people which is a good step.
Earlier, Mumbai Police too came up with another such warning not to join this deadly trend and avoid such kind of challenges.
