Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer film’s, ‘Sui Dhaaga: Made in India’ poster has been released today.
Varun Dhawan is playing role of a tailor and Anushka Sharma as his wife and an embroiderer. Playing the husband-wife duo, this movie is sure going to rock considering how choosy both these actors are about films. The movie was in making for some time now and along the time, we have got many of the sneak peeks into the world of ‘Sui Dhaaga’.
‘Sui Dhaaga’ is directed by Sharat Katariya, who got his fame from his directorial venture ‘Dum Lagake Haisha’. In his upcoming movie we will see him amaze us again with an earthly story. Being seen his capability in ‘Dum Lagake Haisha’, it is fair to say that he understands the world of earthly people very well.
Here is the poster:
Let’s now analyse the poster a bit and find out what all does it tell about the poster:
1. The subtlety in the designing cannot be missed with the balanced and fine colored texture. Also, the logo and the background of the poster is in the same color which makes it even more appealing.
2. Logo: They have merged all the logo that they have collected from all the states of India and came with an universal logo.
3. Character looks: Varun’s look as a tailor is very relatable from what we see tailors in India and Anushka who is playing an embroiderer and Varun’s wife looks the part beautifully. The saree and blouse chosen for Anushka is also how we see wife wear clothes generally.
4. Detailing: All the material used for sewing and knitting is seen is beautifully put together in the poster, it’s a win-win.
Recently another video came out where the movie’s logo was promoted and it was an utterly unique experience. "We reached out to 15 uniquely skilled artists/artist groups who helped us design our film logo. It has been an exhaustive and most rewarding experience for all of us at Yash Raj Films (YRF)," Manan Mehta, Vice President - Marketing and Merchandising, YRF, said in a statement.
One of the question that is whirling in my mind right now is, the tailors are the ones who make the most beautiful clothes for all of us, why do they wear the most understated clothes themselves?
The trailer of ‘Sui Dhaaga’ will be out soon, till then see the logo release video:
